General Info

Making a Booking

Booking with us is a simple and safe process. After selecting your tour or flight you simply fill in your information and submit, payment is only done after we have confirmed availability of selected dates. 

 

Tour/Flight Specific Info

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive all the info related to your booking, this will include locations, meeting times and any other information you might require

Availability

If you would like to enquire about availability prior to booking you can simply connect with us via WhatsApp, Our Online Form, Email, or by calling us. This also goes for any information you might need prior to booking. We are available most of the time and will always respond as fast as we can

Rescheduling

Balloon Flight Rescheduling

Rescheduling your balloon flight needs to be done at least 48 hours before your flight date. It is advised to have a number of available days to fly due to the dependance on favourable weather conditions

Rescheduling By Operator

The operator/pilot will only reschedule flights for safety reasons, normally due to bad adverse weather forecasts. Flights cancelled on site may also lead to clients having to reschedule. The pilot reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any flight he deems unsafe.

Availability When Rescheduling

Pre-booked passengers will receive preference to all passengers trying to reschedule. Rescheduling is completely dependent on availability

Refunds

General Refund Info

All tickets and bookings, except for specials are refundable. Some tours and tickets might include special refund church. All tours and tickets need to be cancelled at least 72 hours before booking day to be illegible for a full refund. All refunds will carry a transaction fee of 4%. An Administration fee of up to 20% might also be charged on all cancellations and refunds. This Administration fee is at the discretion of the agent. In the case of last minute bookings it will need to be discussed with the agent to waver the Administration fee.

Non Refundable Tours & Tickets

Tickets and tours purchased at reduced rates (Specials) are not illegible for refunds, they are however valid for rescheduling for a period not exceeding 12 months from booking date. 

Discretional Refunds

In cases where refunds are requested for cancellations within the 72 hour period of tour or flight date the refund will be entirely at the discretion of the agent and the operator. Refunds will not be considered unless valid reasons/medical certificates are provided. The decision of the operator/agent will be final.

Payments

General Payment Info

Payments can only be made once the booking has been confirmed. After we have confirmed availability on both dates will we supply banking details for electronic payments or links to make credit and debit card payments. Correct needs to be used when making electronic payments, we will not except responsibility for payments made into wrong accounts. No cash payments will be accepted

Book Now, Pay Later Conditions

When choosing to make use of our book now pay later offer Full payment needs to be made within two weeks after the dates have been confirmed. Book now pay later offers are not valid for bookings made less than 2 weeks before tour/flight date

Discretional Refunds
